Welcome to ESTUDY. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or participating in the ESTUDY Arena, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance & Modification of Terms

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Arena Rules & Integrity Policy, and Economy Policy. ESTUDY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, but your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
  • Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Platform Services & Virtual Economy

ESTUDY provides interactive educational content, peer-to-peer challenges, and competitive tournaments. Interaction within the platform may utilize a virtual token known as empCoins. The acquisition, use, and withdrawal of empCoins are strictly governed by our Economy & Rewards Policy. ESTUDY reserves the right to modify entry fees, prize pools, and marketplace values at any time.

4. Intellectual Property & User Content

All core content on ESTUDY, including study modules, question banks, graphical assets, and software code, is the intellectual property of ESTUDY or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

User-Generated Content: By uploading profile pictures, custom avatars, or submitting any text/data to the platform, you grant ESTUDY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and process this content. You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material. ESTUDY reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

ESTUDY is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, ESTUDY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including hardware failure, network disconnections during active Arena matches, or loss of empCoins due to account bans.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of ESTUDY shall be settled by binding arbitration in Nigeria. By using this platform, you explicitly waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ESTUDY.
